Submit incorporation documents and enter review
Include the certificate of incorporation and the articles of incorporation. Every detail the review needs must already be set on the enrollment, otherwise the request fails with 422 naming the missing fields. On success the enrollment moves to in-review; creating or updating it never does. Once it is in review, add further documents with the additional-documents request instead: calling this again replaces the documents on file.
